- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our prices are per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Continental breakfast is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle the bill on arrival, except for additional expenses which will be paid upon check out. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian, English, German, French and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
CastelBrando is a nine-storey building provided with elevators. The rooms are located on the 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th floors. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Our rooms are located in the most fascinating historical areas of the Castle. They are elegant, romantic and very quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some rooms have romantic Venetian terraces with enchanting views on the courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some rooms have original balconies with lead crafting from which one can enjoy spectacular views over the valley and the hills. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All our rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All the rooms are provided with a TV with satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All our rooms have a telephone with direct line. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning and it is included in the price. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. Furthermore, CastelBrando is provided with wi-fi areas. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
In our modern Spa & Beauty there is a swimming pool with hydromassage. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is possible in our private indoor garage. - Where can we rent a car?
A courtesy car is available for the Castle's guests. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
In Cison di Valmarino you can find little grocery stores and supermarkets. - Are there vineyards nearby?
CastelBrando is located in the heart of the Prosecco hills which are full of leafy vineyards. From the Castle you can drive along a wine route, stopping at famous wineries and tasting excellent wine. - Which is the nearest village or town?
15 km far from CastelBrando there is Vittorio Veneto, a little town of arts and history. Other towns to visit are Conegliano (23 km), Treviso (40 km) and Asolo (40 km). - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airports are Treviso Airport (40 km) and Venice Marco Polo (70 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do. You can choose between the Taxi Service or a Chauffeur. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is in Cison di Valmarino, at the foot of CastelBrando. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway stations are Vittorio Veneto (15 km) and Conegliano (23 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
In CastelBrando you can look after your body in a refined Spa & Beauty, located in the oldest wing of the Castle. - Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately not. The Castle has no facilities for pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There are two restaurants in CastelBrando. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
All the rooms are equipped with Internet connection and modem sockets for your PC.
