The receptionist was very helpful. She actually showed us to our room and gave us a map of the area with recommendations on what to do and see while we were in Grappa.

The hotel was beautiful! Modern furnishings, comfortable, quiet even had a decent hairdryer.

Not a cheap place to stay but we felt it was well worth our money. We had the family suite and the kids had separate rooms, which kept us all happy.

Directions could have been clearer. We got a bit turned around trying to locate it.
If I remember right the web site showed pictures of the hotel and their view but not the rooms, room photos are very helpful when booking on-line.

Villa Ca'Sette is in a beauitful old historic building, newly refurbished, beautifully decorated, spacious, with marble in the bathrooms and a decent hairdryer. Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff. Terrific!
Actually,I have already recommended this hotel to a friend. I can't say that about too many others hotels we've stayed at.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. We were not able to try the restaurant because we stayed Sunday and Monday, the days that it is closed. The staff helped us to find other restaurants that we enjoyed.

Aside from the fact that there was no one to take car of our luggage, it was completely satisfactory.
...
That it is not within walking distance of the old city, in which there is very little public parking.
...
That it was a gorgeous converted villa.
