• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, there is computirised heating in all rooms.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian, Dutch & German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, ther are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are flat screen TV's, DVD/CD players and satellite TVs in all rooms plus a DVD & CD Library.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  None, although portable Air Cons are available on request.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The building is WiFi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The nearest swimming pool is 13 km away.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there is free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask on arrival.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes about 2Km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The Cascina is situated in Vineyards.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cantarana.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Caselle Airport - Turin.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  SS10 - 5 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Villafranca/Cantarana
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many in the local vicinity.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
