• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, check-in any time until 8pm, check-out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Guests can find in the kitchen all basic kitchen equipment to prepare an Italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Casa Sorrentina is on the first floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private and romantic. They have double-glazed windows.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In each room there is air-conditioning with remote control and it is free.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but guests can find several Internet points in the surrondings.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have private parking, but there are parking lots within 300 m.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask to the management of Casa Sorrentina.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Capodichino" in Napoli.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize on request a pick-up service (fee).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Piazza Tasso, 20 mt from Casa Sorrentina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Ciorcumvesuviana railway station is 300 mt from Casa Sorrentina.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have an agreement with a gym at 20 mt.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is not, but there are several good restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
