• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  There is a weekly price per cottage and a B&B price per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A basic breakfast is included for all weekly rentals for the first night, including tea/coffee, cereal, bread and jams etc.
  Breakfast is included every day for the B&B prices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, there is an additional charge for heating.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No. We ask for payment upfront.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 cottages have 2 floors and 1 cottage is on 1st floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the cottages have their own privacy and in addition we have a communal room. There is a large library, internet usage and a sitting area with an open fire.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes all the cottages have their own terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes all rooms inside are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is Italian Satellite TV in all the rooms which has a number of International channels of all languages.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is access to a telephone in the communal room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No. The thickness of the walls in the cottages means that air conditioning is not required in the summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a large dining facility in the communal room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool which is open during the warmer months - usually from April to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is parking on site.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A car can be rented in Perugia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes we have a number of good supermarkets in the surrounding area.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are a number of good vineyards which can be visited on a day trip from Casa San Gabriel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The village of Pierantonio is 5 minutes, Umbertide is 10 mintues and Perugia is approx 20 minutes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  All the following are within 2 hours drive:
  Bologna, Forlì, Ancona, Perugia, Roma, Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Umbertide or Perugia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Umbertide or Perugia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, by prior arrangement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Food can be cooked for guests and served in the communal room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
