Accommodations

 Casa San Gabriel is a collection of 4 farm buildings set in 3 acres of land. The owners Chrissie and David live in the main house (La Casa), with the lower level being used as a communal room for the use by all the guests. There are three other independent cottages on the property, La Stalla, La Cantina and Il Fienile. |
In general: All the cottages are recently renovated using all original and local materials, including chestnut beams and terracotta tiles and furnished to the highest standard. Each has its own private terrace and beautiful views.

. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering supplied with breakfast for your first morning, complimentary bottle of wine and basic necessities ie olive oil, salt and pepper etc.
. Cooking facilities with 1 electric and 3 gas hobs, extractor fan and fridge.
. Bed, Bath and Kitchen Linen.
. Towels.
. Stereo with cd and radio.
. Satellite TV point. |
 La Stalla - 2 Guests: has been converted from the old stables into a wonderful studio apartment. The dining area looks through the original stable window to provide spectacular views. The cottage combined with the views and the private terrace ensures it provides a very romantic setting for any couple or the perfect place to relax for those travelling on their own. |
 Cantina - 2+2 Guests: is suitable for families or couples. The lower level consists of a fully equipped kitchen and sitting/dinning area with a double sofa bed (orthopaedic) and leads onto a private terrace. Glass enclosed, original external stairs take you to the top level, with a landing that leads onto a double bedroom (with either a double or twin beds) and a separate bathroom with shower. The terrace and bedroom have wonderful views down into the valley and provide you with the opportunity to finish the evening with a glass of wine and the beauty of Umbria in sight. |
 Il Fienile - 4 Guests: is the largest of the cottages and perfect for families or smaller groups with the lower level consisting of a twin bunk bed room, with independent shower and bath room, living/dinning area with fully equipped kitchen and above is a mezzanine level double bedroom. The main room leads onto a secluded terrace ensuring privacy but benefiting from beautiful views of the valley. |
