By car:
Coming from Milan you have to take Highway A9 direction Como/Chiasso and exit at "Como Sud", then follow the signposts firstly to Como and then you have to follow the main road to Bellagio long the lake: pay attention because the road is narrow, but it is beautiful and it offers marvellous view of the lake and then call us.
By train:
there are two railway stations: Como and Varenna. From Como, you can take the bus service to Bellagio and from Varenna, you can take the ferry boat to Bellagio.
By plane:
- Coming from Milano Malpensa: from the exit of the airport, follow the green signs for Milano and after approximately 14 km take the exit for A8. Then take the A9, direction Como/Chiasso and exit at Como Sud. Then follow the signs for the town centre and from Como take the main road to Bellagio: you have to follow the road for about 35 km. If you prefer you can reach Como by bus or train and then take the bus to Bellagio.
- Coming from Milano Linate: follow the signs for Milano onto four landed wide avenue, keep on right. Take the exit for Vimercate/Lecco/Venezia/Tangenziale Est, follow the highway for approximately 15 minutes and then follow the directions to Lecco. Do not cross the bridge into Lecco and at the roundabout take the second exit for Bellagio. From there, follow the main road long the lake until you reach the centre of Bellagio.
- Coming from Orio al Serio: it is better to rent a car at the airport and follow the road to Lecco and then following the lake up to Bellagio (keep the lake on your right). |
