What is extremely important to note, is you can drive to the hotel. You must park on an adjacent street and check-in. More importantly, the hotel is in a residential building and only occupies the top floor. There was a bit of confustion, needless to say, when we wandered into the correct building, but did not see the hotel until we started climbing the stairs. ... The rooms were elegant, but a bit warn. The stay was intriguing nonetheless; tantamount to staying in a museum. The suite we had was gigantic: 15-20ft arched ceilings and ~30 ft long and 20 ft wide. ... The sea view in our suite was obstructed and should be noted. ... Elegant, historical, antiques, but a bit warn on the edges. Service was good. Enjoy the salon's frescoed ceiling for breakfast. Pack light or be prepared for several flights of steps lugging your bags. Pictures of family and other family heirlooms add to the mystique of the place. If you like a hotel with personality in a quiet area on the Amalfi Coast--this is the one.

wedding in Ravello ... But wasn't very helpful as it didn't refer to any update, so I just ended up waiting for my confirmation. ... Had no idea how far it was from Naples, needed to be documented better as it was a fairly expensive cab ride!! ... Reception was very polite and always willing to help, no matter what time it was.
Amazing accomodation though, just what we hoped for - we found it difficult to leave the room!
Also very impressed that the room was cleaned when we left at 6:00pm, lovely to come back to and a great service. ... Check out time was a bit early but ended up suiting our plans. ... It was listed in the guide book as the gem of Maori and Minori and I can believe it! (Timeout guide for Naples and Amalphi Coast)Somewhere to stay with a difference!
