• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill at check in or check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In Casa Mancia the are 2 floors (ground floor and first floor). Since it is a historical building there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Having fully maintained the original architecture Casa Mancia has bedrooms different from each other even is the furniture is the same. Guestrooms into the tower are romantic and have views overlooking the courtyard. the ones on the first floor are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartments have an indipendent entrance and a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, rooms nr 21 and 22 have a small terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Sat TV and Pay TV are in each and every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone is in each and every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in spring and summer and heating in autumn and winter are indipendent and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet point in the living room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is placed in the garden on the back of the Hotel. It is open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking with video surveillance is included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Avis and Sixt car rental stations are nearby the hotel at about 1,5 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are both a grocery store and a supermarket close to our hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  In 5 minutes driving you can reach the Sagrantino area with its famous vineyards and wine producers.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Our hotel is placed 1300 mt from the historical centre of Foligno.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia airport is 36 kms far from the Hotel Casa Mancia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Sorry, we don't have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus stop is at the end of the road at 300mts).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Foligno train station is at 1,6 km from Casa Mancia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Theres is no fitness center in the Hotel. Gym is nearby at 500mts and a wellness centre is 5 km far from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome for an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our restaurant will be open at the beginning of next year.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem from the rooms. WiFi is also available in all common areas.
