• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 10.00 a.m.
  Check-out: before midday (late check-out on request).
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the rate.
  Our rich bufet breakfast is available from 7 to 11 at the cost of 18 euro per person.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill must be settled at check-out time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak fluently English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has ten floors and we have two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have at the 10th floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non-smoking rooms and anti-allergic rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have Tv in every room with international channels, pay-per-view and WEB-Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room is equipped with 3 telephones with direct number.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning with individual control.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Every room has it's own internet point. With a wireless keyboard you can surf the web on Tv.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have our own Smart courtesy car available for renting. We are also in contact with the major rent office nearby the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Linate (LIN) is 6Km far.
  Malpensa (MXP) is 50Km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we haven't but there is a comfortable shuttle service every 30min which arrives close by the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Close by the hotel we have several bus and tube stations.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Milano Centrale (3Km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a fitness center equipped with Technogym machines.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have two restaurants: "La Veranda" and "Atmosphere".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Every room has a large desk with Isdn data-port for your modem.
