• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled upon arrival. All extras will be settled upon departure.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our international Hotel Staff speaks Italian, English, French, Gernman and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the rooms are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have a little garden, some have a beautiful view upon the lake whereas others look out on fields of olive trees.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV but we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have direct dialling telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning available.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is one big room where guests can gather and dine together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  It is possible to connect to Internet from your room by a modem.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a beautiful pool with the view upon the Trasimeno lake.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available and free of charge for guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest car rental facility is in front of Perugia train station or at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores and all kind of shops in the nearby town Magione, 5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are a lot of vineyards nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Magione.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Perugia, 15 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Magione.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Magione.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center at the moment but we can provide massages in the private rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  All pets are welcome at Il Cantico della Natura.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, if you have a notebook with a modem, you can connect to Internet from your room through a regular phone line.
