  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is the full Continental Buffet.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    In winter, yes!
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    We can charge you for the room upon arrival, the extras upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English, French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors above reception, and Yes, there is a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are quiet, only the birds sing for your enjoyment. All rooms are very romantic, cosy and clean.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens are provided, as are soap, shampoo, nail kit, cotton swabs, slippers and a hair dryer.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some have a full terrace (€40 per day more), others a balcony (free), and the Country Suites all have patio or balcony.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some rooms have a free balcony, please ask when you reserve if one is available for you.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes we have non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have satelite TV with CNN and BBC WORLD.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, the phones are direct dial.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    AirCo is active in all rooms and Suites in the Summer and it is Free.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    The "Il Pavone" restaurant has a very fine Umbrian cuisine, with summer outdoor terrace dining by candle light.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have an internet point with printer for the clients.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    We have 2 pools, open from April through September. They are not heated.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is ample free parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Cars can be rented at the train station of Perugia (Hertz, Avis, Europcar).
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    The nearest grocery store is 8 km away in Collepepe.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Vineyards surround us and we make our own Sagrantino wine with ours!
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest village is Collepepe.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Perugia's St. Egidio is the nearest at 40 km, and it connects to Milano Malpensa.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can pick you up from Rome, Pisa, Florence, Ancona or St Egidio airports for an extra charge.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Being in the countryside we have no near bus-stop. In Perugia (30 km)there are connections by bus to many other cities.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Perugia Centrale is 30 km away.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We have a Technogym Fitness Center and a dry air finnish sauna.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Well behaved pets are always welcome, though not in the dining room for health reasons.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The "Il Pavone" restaurant is ours, for romantic candle lightr dinners on the terrace (weather permitting).
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can and may.
