- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is a continental buffet and it is included in the price. On request we can cook scrambled eggs. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, it is possible. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, French and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
In the building there are 3 floors and we have two elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We have some rooms overlooking the garden which are very quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
We have 3 rooms with a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We have 8 rooms with a private balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have 11 non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, in all rooms we also have the satellite Tv with all international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, we have air conditioning and it is free of charge for our clients to use. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
It is possible to park infront or near the hotel with a special permit and we also have a little garage (for 8 cars). - Where can we rent a car?
Not possible in the hotel but we can arrange this for you promptly. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Marconi airport in Bologna. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not but it is possible to arrange it. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is 500 metres from our hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is 2 km from the hotel, 10 minutes by taxi and 20 mknutes by walking. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
The restaurant is currently being renovated and will reopen in January 2007. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, there is an Internet connection in every room.
