• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from noon to 7 pm.
  Check-out: from 9 am to 11 pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and a little bit of French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Absolutely, all our room are very quiet, they have also private entrance.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every room and apartment have a terrace or a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in every apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Four of our seven apartments have air conditioning, and there is no extra charge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a very nice restaurant, which can receive up to 45 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is 21x9m
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Terni or in Spoleto, 10 km away
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, only 7 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village are Cecalocco and Battiferro. The nearest town is Terni, 10 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  S.Egidio in Perugia 80 km. Fiumicino in Rome 100 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, we can organize it without any problem.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Cecalocco, at 400 m distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Terni railway station 10 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have gym, jacuzzi and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
