- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The apartments have a weekly rate per apartment, the rates for the rooms at the bed & breakfast are per guest per day. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is not included for the apartments, but just for the guests at the bed & breakfast. The breakfast that we serve is Italian: milk, coffee, marmelades, butter and biscuits. - Is heating included in the price?
There is no heating at the moment, but there are fireplaces. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, but please see the terms & condition page for payment information. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian and some French and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Ground floor and first floor, no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, they are all very quiet and nice. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
For the apartments there is an extra fee if linen and towels are requested, for the bed & breakfast are included in the price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The apartments have panoramic terraces, with sea views. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
No, but upon request it is possible to have it in the rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Only in apartament Pietra Serica, no extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes in the bed & breakfast. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, sorry. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes. - Where can we rent a car?
In the vicinity or at the airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

Upon request and an and extra fee we can pick up max. 4 guests. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?

The beach is 800 mt, from "Pietra Serica" its 2 km. - Is the beach private or public?

No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
