• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the rate and it is a buffet breakfast in our restaurant by the pool.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill onarrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italia, English, French, German and Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors and the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, romantic, private and with stunning views over the Gulf of Naples.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have balcony, terrace or patio.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We try to keep all rooms non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  All rooms are equipped with private telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  We have an internet point and the WI FI technology all around the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a wonderful spacious pool open from 9am to 7pm.

  We have a free parking available for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is no rental car on the Island, the closest one is in Naples.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many grocery stores near the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Anacapri is the closest village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples, "Capodichino".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize a private transfer from the international airport in Naples.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Naples.
• How far away is the beach?
  The closest beach is 15 minutes away from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is partly private and partly public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not a fitness centre in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just of small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a completely renewed restaurant by the pool with typical and international cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem.
