We arrived late at night and we called to say we would be late. The hotel this was not a problem and she was there to greet us and show us to our room even though it was very late.

Need better directions to the bed & breakfast.

Overall the staff and facilities were very nice.
However because of the tiled floors the noise level when guests were going in/out of there roms was rather high.
