• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included: we serve a buffet rich of typical Sicilian cakes and specialities.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken Italian, English, German, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet because they are all double glazed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms. Please ask for them when you book your room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have colour TV with Satellite Channels (Sky TV) with hundreds of national and international channels. Free movie channels are available in Italian and English and also Pay TV Movies and Sport Events are avialble in both languages.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is in all the rooms free of charge. It works during summer months with cool air and in winter months with warm air.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have. There is a charge to pay for it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available with extra charge. The space in the garage must be booked together with the room.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car-rentals in Catania. Most of them at the Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Catania Fontanarossa Airport (Code CTA).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Piazza S. Maria di Gesù.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Catania Centrale.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a Gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome but only on request and small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only offer a snack-bar service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have a modem socket on the room desk and we also have Wi-Fi coverage in all the rooms with an extra charge.
