• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. You can have the typical Italian breakfast with coffee or cappuccino and the typical English breakfast with eggs and bacon.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the main building there are 5 floors and 2 lifts and in the annexe there are 4 floors and 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, we have some rooms with terrace, you can have it on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we have some rooms with terrace, you can have it on request.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, you have to ask the line at reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not. Every room has a ceiling fan.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool. It is open from 7am until 6pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, our parking is in front of the hotel. On request you can have a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Como or in Bellagio.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a minimarket next to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Menaggio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Milano Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in front of the hotel and its name is "Cadenabbia-Maiolica".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Como.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it has buffet service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
