We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful view from our room. Our only disappointment was the size of the room (very small).

The Grand Hotel Bristol was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and docorated with taste. The view from the balconies were magnificent. It is away from Rapallo which makes it quiet and not in the middle of tourist traffic. It is a lovely hotel and we plan to return. The food service was good and meals beautifully presented. I give the Bristol a 9.

If you want a quiet hotel to stay with a beautiful setting and excellent service the Grand Hotel Bristol is your choice. The views include an extensive look at the bay from Porto Fino to Rapallo. The facilities are excellent and more than described. It is moderately priced but worth the extra euros. You will have a wonderful experience.

The room was very nice, but the shower was in a very narrow bathtub and was dangerous and slippery.

In the driving directions to the hotel I would recommend stating that the hotel is located beyond the downtown area. I was a little confused that we had passed the hotel and fortunately could not find a place to turn around. After driving some distance we found the entrance.

My wife and I were very happy with the Hotel. The room (Room 409) and view were magnificent, better than we imagined. I would highly recommend it.

1 day room was not made up.
We claimed twice, that the safe in our room didn't work because of missing battery - no reaction.
