• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 11 floors and 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Deluxe rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes in all rooms and in all public areas. No extra charge required.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, it is near the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is open from spring to autumn season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking for about 50 cars and a payment garage for about 47 places.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our reception staff is at guests' disposal for any require.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes in Rapallo's centre.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are Zoagli and Rapallo centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Cristoforo Colombo International Airport in Genoa at only 35 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, at request and on charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is just near our entry's gate.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Rapallo railway station at only 2 km from our hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  At only 300 metres from our hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a Beauty Farm with fitness area, Turkish bath, sauna, solarium, swimming pool with sea water.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but they can not enter the public areas such as the Restaurant, the Bar, the Pool and the Terrace of the Bar.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have two different restaurants: Chamberlain Restaurant on ground floor and Le Cupole Restaurant on our roof garden with a magnificient Tigullio Gulf's view.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. Our Hotel has a Wi-Fi connection.
