• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9.30am until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It is a buffet breakfast with an assortment of bread, yoghurts, crossaints, ham and salami, fresh fruit and homemade jams.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, you are spoiled for choice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each of our rooms with Italian channels only. This is a choice, our guests have to discover our country, not to watch tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from the beginning of May to the end of September (according to the weather).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is an ample private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Brindisi or Bari airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores in Fasano (5 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Fasano (5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brindisi airport is at approx. 40 km far from us, Bari at 60 and Borgo San Marco can be easily reached by both airports by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Fasano (5 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Fasano railway station (5 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is an external Jacuzzi for up to 4 guests set in the middle of a beatiful orangegrove (open from May to Sept).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is. It is open for dinner only from the beginning of May to the end of September. Booking required.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
