 Extra-Virgin Olive Oil: The big farms which surrounds the citadel extends over 80 hectars and it particularly specializes in producing excellent extra virgin olive oil. The Amati family, owner of Borgo San Marco and of other farms in the plane of Fasano, has been cultivating olive trees since the 17th century. |
 The cultivar used for the production of the olive oil are: frantoiano, picholine, coratino and, obviously, ogliarolo, this being the variety of the thousand year old olive trees which can be adimired in the property. Our olives are picked by hand or collected thanks to special machines, then they are pressed within 48 hours from the harvest. The acidity of our olive oil never goes beyond four lines below one degree (0,4). Our guests can taste and purchase our oil. |
 Restaurant: The lovely restaurant was drawn by the ancient servants rooms. The intimate and relaxing atmosphere, impeccable service along with original antiques and impressive vaulted ceilings create a perfectly-harmonious ambience. The chef proposes a refined and creative menu inviting you to discover Apulian gastronomy certain to satisfy even the most discriminating palates. An excellent wine list is the natural companion to the menu. The restaurant is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Booking required. Every morning in this living room is served a rich and hearty buffet breakfast with local fresh products. |
 Swimming pool: A delightful pathwalk of fragrant flowers and plants will lead you to the swimming pool. Image walking in the fragrance of lavender, laurel and rosemary and to discover behind a bush a marvellous pool. The pool is surrounded by elegant sun-beds and garden furniture for sunbathing in total comfort. The pool has a special feature: it has a beach of real sand taken from the Apulian coast. |
 Park: Borgo S.Marco is set in a 80-acre park filled with olive, orange and lemon groves. We invite our guests to discover the unusual shapes of the stunning olive trees and the beauty of this fascinating flora. You can visit the park by bike, too (available at the reception). In the middle of the ancient lemon house is set a Jacuzzi for up to 4 guests..enjoy it at sunset, it is an unforgettable experience. |

Ostuni, renowned all around the world for its white houses and facinating history is at only 20 km and can be easily reached by car.
Golf lovers find Ignazia Golf Club (18 holes) at only 2 km.
