- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check in time: from 3 pm until 7 pm (earlier check in is possible upon request (if the apartment is available) - for late arrival please let us know. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The rates are per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, breakfast is not included in the rate (it is a self catering accomodation seen that all the apartments have an equipped American kitchen). - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the rate. Normally the heating is working from November until the end of March. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, the bill can be paid on arrival even if usually is settled at the end of the stay before leaving. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There is no elevator. Please see description of the residence. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all the apartments are quiet, private and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Lines and towels are provided on place. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, some apartments have a terrace, others a garden closeby or at little distance. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they have not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we have not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, in the apartments there is the TV sat (on Hotbird). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge. Normally air conditioning is working in the months of July and August. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there is not.
- Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
At the reception you can use a computer to check your own mail. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
No, there is not. Parking is on the road in a public areas or on the road border (it is safe - in 3 years since we opened we never had a problem). - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in La Spezia. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes in La Spezia (aprox 15 km) you can find supermarkets and any other shop. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Riomaggiore at 4 km from here. - Which is the nearest airport?
The closest airports are Pisa and Genova. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we have not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
There is a bus service (operated by the Cinque Terre National park) which links our residence and the village of Riomaggiore a few times a day (minimum 4 - maximum 8). - Which is the nearest railway station?
Riomaggiore at 4 km from Borgo di Campi or La Spezia at 15 km aprox. Important: in Riomaggiore there is no taxi service the only service is the bus mentioned above. From La Spezia taxi service charge for the trip up here aprox 30 Euro. - How far away is the beach?
The closest beach is in Riomaggiore at 4 km. - Is the beach private or public?
It is a public beach. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, small and medium size upon request. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, because there is the telephone line in each apartment.
