| Around 10 minutes frm the hotel by car, you will reach the beach. The Borgobianco has an agreement with an equipped private beach, where you may relax in summer days. Free transfer, access and use of the equipments is guaranteed. The Castellana Caves are one of the main attractions in the area. The Grotte de Castellana are caves that follow the course of an ancient underground river. It was discovered in 1938 and have curtains, coloured stalactites and stalagmites. The jewel of this excursion is the White Cave, calcite crystals. Other sights are the ruins of Egnathia, and the roman amphitheatre in Lecce. |
