• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a buffet breakfast is offered.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival or at departure, as you prefer!
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and a little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Relais villa has been recently upgraded with elevator from the ground floor to the first and second floor where suites and wellness rooms are. Apartment suites are on the The building is at ground floor with a few stairs for the bedroom on second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are very quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Sibilla apartment suite has external stairs leading to an entrance loggia with table and chairs. Other apartment suites have door-window with external patio with table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV with some international channels like BBC, CNN and so on.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all suites have telephone that can do external calls simply dialling O.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all suites have seasonal airconditioning with no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a High-speed internet point and wi-fi connection in common areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a nice swimming pool opened from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception office is available for car rentals in You may rent a car in the nearby cities. Cars can also be delivered directly to the Borgo with a small extra charge.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Supermarkets are at walking distance. 5 minutes away there is a new shopping mall with nice shops and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the Borgo family cellars is 5 minutes away. The owner Filippo will be happy to show the historic cellars and vineyards.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castel di Lama Village lies near the Borgo at walking distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pescara or Ancona Falconara are the closest aiports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange pickup from the airport
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Castel di Lama bus stop i the nearest one.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castel di Lama is the closest station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Small gymnasium and Sauna is available. Jacuzzi bath is available in some suites/apartment suites.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, in general animals are not allowed but sometimes we accept small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Restaurant "La Quintana" lies on the ground floor of the San Pancrazio Cottages. It offers a variety of local Marches cooking as well as modern interpretations of Italian cooking. Immersed in the garden, it is a friendly meeting-place for the guests at the Borgo.
  
  In the summer, by the pool, the chef offers a delicious cold buffet to savour in the peace and quiet of natural surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, rooms are equipped with ISDN modem connection.
