• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.

  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The payment is required upon arrival in cash when collect the key.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elevator but one apartment is on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are romantic accomodation ideal for honeymoon.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels provided, weekly change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment have a terrace or a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartments have a balcony or a courtyard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the apartment are no smoking, is not possible to smoke outside.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Cable TV in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in each apartment.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common space where it is possible to dine all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, internet point is not available for guests but in the city there's an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, parking is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car in the city center.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery storesd at 1 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Campora San Giovanni is the nearest town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Lamezia Terma is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, there is a pick-up service available with an extra fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Campora San Giovanni is the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Campora San Giovanni is the nearest train station.
• How far away is the beach?
  There is a beach at 1,5km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Beach is public and private so you can choose.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome but there's an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We don't have a restaurant but we can organize for a limited number of person actipical italian dinner or cocktail on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect the modem.
