• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is always per guest per night - while replying to a booking request, we do specify if the price is also stated per room/night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. in the price is included breakfast and dinner. we serve a cold buffet breakfast, with choise of drinks, salami, cheese, fruits and biscuits/cakes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but it's not necessary.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The house is 7 levels (but you won't imagine it at your arrival...) and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, just ask the kind of room you would like, and we will find the best for you.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. Most of the rooms have terrace/court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have direct dialing telephone and TV satelite with 4 int channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All room have direct telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Some rooms have indipendent air conditioning with an extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have internet Point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a small charming swimming pool overlooking the sea and hidromassage system, also we have a private shuttle to the sea and solarium terraces with sun shower.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. We have both parking (not private) and private garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. The nearest one is 5 minutes walking.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Of course, Ravello's wine is one of the famous wine of the region. Soon it will be a vineyard also in the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest are Amalfi and Positano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples airport is 75 Km far (about 1 hour).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pickup service both from airport than train station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 5 min walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salerno's railway station is 25 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Coming soon.
• Are pets welcome?
  Of course.....we also have a small bassothound always sleeping on the carpet....her name is Carlotta.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have one of the best restaurant of the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, that's possible, but it's only cable line. If you wish a fastest way (ADSL),just connect your modem from the lobby.
