• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes and at the departure we will release the receipt including eventually extras.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Yes, there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have some rooms facing the historical part (on the stree facing the church), others facing the valley view or court view. All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public residential parking space in front of the Hotel beside a church through an arch.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Sant'Egidio airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Sant'Egidio is about 20 km far from Spello, otherwisw Rome Fiumicino airport is about 200 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  NO.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Foligno railway station 5 km, with direct trains to Rome, Florence and Ancona.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are 2 suites + 4 junior suites with whirlpool tub.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, our restaurant "Il Molino" is situated in front of the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
