  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our prices are per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. Extra services will be settled upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our international Hotel Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Our Hotel has 3 floors and one guest lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are soundproof and therefore very quiet.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of our rooms do have a balcony and are all with sea view.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have some smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All our rooms have seasonal climate control which is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Our hotel have a panoramic swimming pool open from May to October (weather permitting).
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have a private parking available for free.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    It is possible to rent a car and be delivered at the Hotel.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There aren't grocery stores in the surroundings, the nearest one is at 3 kms far from us.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest village is Massa Lubrense (3 Kms).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Capodichino in Naples (50 kms).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have a pickup service from the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is in front of the Relais.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station for the Circumvesuviana is in Sorrento 10 Kms, in Naples (50 kms) for international connections.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The nearest beach at 3 Kms.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Private.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, there is a Jacuzzi pool at guests' disposal.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a gourmet restaurant in our Property.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
