The map to Il Biribino could have been more
helpfull. For instance showing how to drive
from the nearest highway. But some small
signs along the road were helpfull.

...
We loved our stay at Il Biribino. The family
was warm and hospitable, and I can recomend
it to anybody. The rooms were impressing,
and the children loved the pool. (And the
chickens!)
...
We felt sad to go, and would love to come
back and stay longer!
...
No, not really.
...
Carming and with wonderfull rooms. The
couple running the place were very charming!

Although we arrived late, there was a very friendly welcome and even the kitchen was opened for us.
Overall, the hospitality was wonderful.
...
We had a great stay there. The location proved to be perfect for visits to places like Gubbio, Assisi, Siena etc.
...
A nicely renovated, beautiful country house near Citta di Castello. A very private atmosphere and great hospitality. Good starting point for day trips to cities of Umbria and Tuscany.

The swimming pool needs to be cleaned more regularly.

The breakfast was more than expected, and very good.
...
The owner was very polite and gave us a bottle of 'his' wine as a souvenir.
...
The size of the rooms are a real plus. They don't look that large on the website.

The property looks on the web site as if it were in the country. Instread it is in a village.
...
I woulkd emphasize the size of the rooms, the quality and quantity of food served, and the pleasant nature of the staff.

I would also warn them so they would not be surprised by the industrial zone they have to go through to get there.
