By Plane
The Abruzzo region is served by International Abruzzo Airport, only 6 kilometres from downtown Pescara: this terminal welcomes flights from many cities within Europe and Italy and can be easily reached from the railway station by bus. Otherwise, Fiumicino international terminal in Rome is placed 2 hours away.

By Car
Best Western Hotel Plaza is really easy to reach from the airport in Pescara. Just take motorway SS5, turn left in SS16 and head towards Ancona and Centro Porto. Continue along SS16DIRC before getting off at exit "Pescara/ Piazza Italia". You will soon arrive in Pescara, where you must take Piazza Duca d`Aosta and Corso Vittorio Emanuelle II. Take your right at Corso Umberto I and once again at Piazza del Sacro Cuore: on this square you will see the hotel, on number 55 (10 minutes drive) .

If you land in Rome, the distance of around 200 kilometres can be covered in 2 hours 10 minutes, approximately: just take the exit "Pescara-Chieti" at the A25/E80 highway and then follow the directions already described when reaching Pescara.

By Train
You can reach Pescara Centrale station by train in around 2 hours and a half to 4 hours from Rome: the station is only 150 metres from the inn, therefore once you arrive you must walk to Corso Vittorio Emanuelle II and take Corso Umberto I till Sacro Cuore square. From Pescara airport, you may get on bus number 38, which will leave you off at the old railway station, placed in front of the new one, in around 10 minutes.
