The room was much smaller than I expected

1. The room was much smaller than I expected
2. Internet was not working
3. The room and the bathroom were very-very noisy, you could hear everything what was happening in the neighbours' bathroom and and the hallway in front of the door
4. The elevator is very tight, very uncomfortable for two persons with luggage

Why are there no cheap hotels like Etaphotel (half the price of Bernina) or Formule 1 (1/3rd of the price) in Italy?

we were a family of 2 adults and 3 children and wanted a 2 double adjoining rooms. This was not available and the rooms were smelling of smoke. The AC was not functioning properly too warm.Since we had to leave early to catch a flight at 6.30 am the management could not oblige and give us coffee inspite of being a bed&breakfast.

Had internet access that I wasn't aware of until I arrived.

They did not take credit cards. They said their machine was broke. It was broke for over a week!

Language problem. Staff unable to speak english as communication is an important factor in providing good service.
