| Cancellation Policy | |
Up to 15 days before arrival no penalty for cancellations/changes, after such time a 1 night penalty will be applied (even if changed after arrival), in case of no-show a first night penalty will be applied. We will verify if your card can cover delayed cancellation or no show penalty before arrival date (that's a hold of the guarantee amount which comes released after you have settled the bill). The booking will be kept untill 15 o'clock of arrival date if not guaranteed by the card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. |
