Everything was ok, very nice and gentel personnel. Just the airco in the room was not functioning very well. But it is a place to recommend.

The people at the desk were very polite, also during the stay there. iff we need another hotel in the neighberhood we will vissit Hotel Bentivoglio again.

It was verry hot during our stay and the airco couldn't catch up with that, that was the only thing that can be improved.

First trip to Italy and it was nice to stay in clean and pleasant accomodation.

Hair-drier was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was very good and tasty. Unfortunately it is quite expensive to have dinner or supper at the hotel (I suppose as in all the hotels), that's why I always had to eat in Bologna.
As for me it would be very convenient to have shuttle bus to the Fair.

It would be very helpful to find online an aprroximate price for the taxi to the airport, to the fair and perhaps somwhere else.

All receptionists should be able to communicate in English.
There should be more accurate info on the website about the bus schedule (4-5 times a day only!), bus tickets should be available at the reception, map of the region and nearby towns should be available at the reception as well.

The restaurant personnel should also be able to communicate in English.
Sheets should be changed more than twice a week.

It's a nice location, but difficult to be reached without a car.

Isolated, good for rest, not too good in case of business purpose with need to travel daily to surrounding towns and stay out late.
