• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3.30 pm, Check Out before 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is an extra of 6 euro for each person and it is an italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No. Gas is an extra (4 euro/mq).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask for a money deposit at the moment of booking at the rest at the arrive to the b/b.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and a little Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two-floors and there isn't an elevator but you haven't to make a lot of stairs to reach the apartments (at maximum 15 stairs) because some of them have entrance on the back of the building where there is a terrace.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments and rooms have indipendent entrance from the garden and balcony with sea-view but the Shelley is the most romantic because you can see the sea directly from your bed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the property has common gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the rooms and apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Guests can decide if smoke or not smoke in the apartments/rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments/rooms have TV and the satellite TV is on request (free).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is in some apartments at an extra fee.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There isn't a common dining-room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are two swimming-pools that are opened from May until the middle of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Car-parking is available and included in the prices.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In La Spezia city.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest supermarket is at 2 km from us.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes in fact we produce Wine.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  La Spezia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa (about 80km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we haven't a shuttle service from the airport but it take only 50 minutes by train from Pisa's airport to La Spezia.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 1,5 km from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  La Spezia (3km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have an opened swimming-pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome but you have to pay 7 euro for each day of stay.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't the restaurant in the property but we have a convention with a restaurant that make home delivery for dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you can connect your modem at the reception.
