• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, cakes and puddings home made.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are a ground floor and a first floor. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quite.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The suite and a double bedroom (both on the first floor) have access to a porch which faces on the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in the rooms on request.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dialling telephone in the rooms on request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms, at no extra charge. It can be used for all the year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in the living room (150 square metres).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but on request you can use our personal computer with internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are a private free parking and a garage for motorcycles available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Foligno (8km away).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is in Montepennino, 2 Km away from the B&B. In Bevagna and in Montefalco (3-4 km away) you may find any kind of shop and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 500 m away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montefalco, 3 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Sant'Egidio Airport, (the airport of Perugia) 45 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request. Extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1 km from the B&B, Montefalco direction.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Foligno, 8 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only outside.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but on request we can cook for dinner for you.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
