 Every morning Mrs Mirella will prepare for you with her hands local cakes and puddings, a delicious breakfast to start in the better way your day. In the B&B you will find an ample living room with fireplace equipped with television and air conditioning, a comfortable place to sit and plan your day. In the wide park (7000 square metres) you can relax swimming in the pool, enjoying the solarium or you can play ping-pong. It is also equipped with gazebo, chairs and umbrellas, the ideal way to spend some hours surrounded by the green nature. |
 Our spacious grounds guarantee maximum privacy and the host-owners will be glad to give you information regarding places of interest, recommended itineraries, wine tasting estates and excellent local restaurants. On request we can organize a Shuttle service to and from The train station of Foligno (8 km). We can also organize guided tours in Umbria and to local olive oil producers and wine cellars. |

 The fascinating surroundings invite you to walk in the historical cities among the green nature, you can in fact reach on foot the attractive resort of Montefalco, and in a while by car the Umbrian most famous cities as Assisi, Todi, Perugia or Spoleto. As regarding sport activities, you may practice trekking, mountain biking, horse riding (5 kms away), tennis and squash (only 2 kms away). In Assisi and Spoleto you will find every kind of shop and city facilities as far as cinemas, theatres, post offices, banks and supermarkets. It is also possible to visit the cellars that lie in the surroundings (the Sagrantino wine is considered one of the best wines among seven Italian DOCG ones) and to visit oil mills. |
