• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast includes milk, coffee, toast with butter and marmelade, orange juice, biscuits, brioches, corn flakes, chocolate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Different languages are spoken: Italian, English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are first and second floor without elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Here are quiet, private and romantic rooms such as the suite deluxe.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided in any room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The breakfast-room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The most of rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is forbidden in every room. It's only possible outside on the balcony or on the terrace.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is not a telephone with direct dialing in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is parking or garage available?

  It is possible to rent a car in the nearest airport if you get by plane.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Brindisi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request the B&B may organize a service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is close to B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is 2 km far from B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is not a fitness center in the building.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant in the building.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is not a wireless signal in the building.
