• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and there is the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace in common use.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and there is no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, it is possible to use it for a few minute. There is also the free wi-fi connection in the rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage on request (free).
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a rental agency at 800 mt from the building.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Siracusa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Catania airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pickup/shuttle service from and to the train station and the bus terminal (Via Trieste) of Syracuse.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Via Trieste.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Siracusa.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 8 km (Arenella).
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both of them.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, we have Wi-Fi connection in the rooms.
