• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are quoted per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Deposits are accepted cash and credit card is always asked upon check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quiet rooms are located on the top floor and generally on the side with city view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 2 Junior suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Rooms overlooking the lake have balconies from the second floor upwards.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are now non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV sets are present in all the rooms and they offer the main international satellite channels. No French/German/Spanish/Arabic channels are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, one in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning (in the summer) and heating (in the winter) available in every room and controlled directly by the client.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  A laptop is available at the Reception with an extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available at 100 mts from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  HERTZ (at the Como Station).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 300 mts from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cernobbio (3 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus Station available at 200 mts.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como San Giovanni.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small size only in the room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have 2 restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, by using the telephone plug.
