Restaurants: the two restaurants propose Mediterranean, regional, and local dishes, which are all accompanied by a rich wine list selected by the hotel sommelier. Throughout the year, special gastronomic events are organised. Also popular during the summer is the Brunch, which is offered on Sundays. The "Barchetta" restaurant, renowned since 1893 for its fine cuisine, is also open to guests not staying in the hotel. Located on the first floor facing the main square and the lake, the Barchetta is the ideal place both for a candlelight dinner and for business meetings and banquets. Every morning, a rich buffet breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
 
"Bistrò": located on the ground floor is recommended for informal luncheons. As in the main restaurant, great attention is paid to clients, according the company philosophy. From Monday to Friday, the Bistrò offers its business lunch, with a menu the chef modifies daily.
 
American Bar: is a meeting place for those who love the tasting of vintage wines and liqueurs suggested by the experienced hotel barman. During the year, "afternoon tea" is enjoyed with guided tastings of the finest flavoured infusions and hot chocolate, all accompanied by a selection of pastries.
 
Meetings: all the meeting rooms at the Hotel Barchetta Excelsior are available for art exhibitions, conferences and banquets. Audio-visual equipment is also available in all meeting rooms, as well as microphones, halogen lamps, flip charts, overhead projectors, slide projectors and Video Cassette Recorders.
