• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price are per room (2 people), per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is on buffet and is included in our price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floor from downstairs (-1 Garage) to 3rd floor
  (Swimming pool area).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are the same, 46 standard room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Each room has a private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes each room disposes of air conditioning with, free use in every season.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The nearest Internet point is in Desenzano, 8 km far from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have the swimming pool on the 3rd floor and is open from March to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is the parking underground and free small parking outside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes it is possible, we have a contact with an Avis agency in Sirmione.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The big Supermarkets are in Colombare (2 Km far from us), but in the historical centre there is a small shop.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are 350 meters from the centre of Sirmione.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  30 Km far from Verona Catullo Airport and 25 Km from Brescia Montichiari Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can inform the guests about our contact.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  300 Meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  8 Km from Desenzano Station and 8 Km from Peschiera Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Outside the Hotel there is a Beauty Centre (Baia Blu Estetica) or in the centre of Sirmione there is a Thermal Centre with a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we accept domestic animals.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have our Restaurant and is possible to eat "à la carte" or in half and full board.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Each room has its own modem connection.
