• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our international Hotel Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has six floors and two Guest lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are soundproofed and therefore very quiet. Furthermore, all our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden. Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our Hotel has an entire non-smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels, including the Japanese NKK, and 4 satellite TV channels (SKY TV) free of charge for our Guests in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point in our lobby available for our Guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our hotel does not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private garage available at extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available at Central Station, just 3 minutes walking from our Hotel. Scooter rental is also available a few metres from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Milano Linate.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle service to the international airports of Milano Linate, Milano Malpensa and Bergamo Orio al Serio from Central Station, only 3 minutes walking from the Hotel. Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost from the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest underground station is Centrale FS, connected with lines n. 2 and 3 of the Milan Underground System. Central Station is also the stop for a lot of buses and street cars, such as line n. 60 to the city centre, line n. 2 to the city centre and La Scala theatre, line n. 33 to Porta Garibaldi Station and to the lively Brera area.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station is only 3 minutes walking from our Hotel. Porta Garibaldi station is only 2 underground stops from our Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a brand new fitness room on our non-smoking floor. The use of the fitness room (which is equipped with Tecnogym equipment) is free for all our Guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs (max. 5 kilos) are welcome in the Hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do not have a restaurant in our Property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All our rooms are equipped with an ISDN modem. Notebook computers with regular modems can also be used from all the rooms, simply connecting the modem with the telephone line. An ADSL connection is available in our meeting room.
