  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our prices are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, breakfast is included in the price. Our special buffet breakfast offers hot and cold drinks and a variety of homemade cakes and bread, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cooked ham, cheese, marmalades, honey, muesli etc....to give a good start to your day.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 6 floors and 2 lifts (elevators).
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are soundproofed.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    One junior suite and 3 rooms have a little balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have one floor with non-smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes there is Satellite TV in every room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is. Air conditioning is included in the price, and works in the summer.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do, there is an Internet point in the lobby at clients' disposal (rate per hour).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, garage is available. The 1000 square metre covered garage is under video surveillance and is suitable for cars and van.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In the train station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Parma PFM Giuseppe Verdi at only 4 km from hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not, but there are shuttle buses from/to the station. The station's bus stop is at only 50 meters.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The bus stop is at the rail station at only 50 meters of distance.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Parma's main train station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small sized animals are welcome. The hotel can offer a small bed for the night and food for your four-legged friends. Please mention if you are bringing pets when booking.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is. the Restaurant is next door to the hotel. It offers typical Italian and Parmesan specialities in a very friendly atmosphere. The owners, Mrs Luciana and Mr Pasquale, will be pleased to welcome you. The Restaurant has two rooms and seats 70 people.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
