• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per night, including breakfast, taxes, services and VAT.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is always included in rates. It is a cold buffet offering many kind of products such as bread, scones, yoghurt, jam, juices, milk, coffee, chocolate, butter, honey, different kind of tapenades, cheese, different kinds of cereals, fresh fruits, different kinds of fruits, cakes, biscuits. All products are made daily by our cooks!
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks different languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Albanian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The main building has four floors with lift whereas the second building has a ground floor and a first floor, with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, most of the hotel rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all of the hotel rooms provide SAT TV with international channels like CNN, Eurosport, a German channel and a French one.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All of the hotel rooms provide direct dialling telephone with Internet connection either through a modem or wireless.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Independently controlled air conditioning and heating is available all year in all rooms and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available inside the hotel and it is guarded with camera recording all access day and night. There is an extra fee to pay for the garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the city. Our staff can help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marconi airport in Bologna, only 7 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but it can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is located just 300 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bologna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but some rooms have a cyclette.
• Are pets welcome?
  All small pets are welcome as there are rooms especially for them. Please inform us about this, as you book.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In all the rooms a modem connection is available, also with wireless, if using your own PC.
