We had a room with a beautiful view as we requested. It was just SUPER GREAT!!! The room was very nice, the bathroom always nice and clean. Breakfast was nice also with a very nice staff.

We left early in the morning and the staff was very good about getting the breakfast room ready so we could have some coffee before we left. They also had called a cab for us that was there right on time. WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

We were surprised at the VERY SMALL elevator, but the staff was great about getting our luggage up to our room by the time we were ready to go to our room (after lunch).

The only thing I could say is thay prospective guests that are prone to complaining about road noise should not stay there.

I have a comment on the possibility of making an outside telephone call. In my room I found a service attached to my telephone enabling me to make a call using my credit card. However, it did not mention the enormous cost of making a call (i called from Italy to The Netherlands), and I was amazed when I received the bill (it costs me about 80 Euros to make a call of 10 minutes!). I think the staff at the hotel should warn people about this extremely costly service!

A well equiped 4 star hotel, set on the waterfront of Rapallo, with beautiful views of the habour. The hotel facade matches the old world charm of Rapallo and restuarants and shops are all within easy walking distance.

took our car right away and we did not have to fuss with it. the room was lovely,
just what we expected.

they had many suggestions although we enjoyed walking around town, finding our own restaurants. we found one that we particularly enjoyed called O Bansin.
we had a beautiful ocean view room that allowed us to view fire works from our window.

A small but smart hotel on the bay front and near the road and there is road noise but this was as expected.
The hotel was very good and we had an excellent smart modern styled room, 102, facing the bay and with a terrace facing the bay that was in the sun in the morning.
We ate our breakfast on our terrace every morning for which there was no room service charge.
The location within the town was excellent and the town is an excellent choice and I felt preferable to Santa Margherita in terms of appearance and views.
The management all spoke English if necessary and were willing to advise on restaurants and so on.

We were able to leave baggage with the hotel before/after checking in/out.

early May is an excellent time to visit Rapallo and environs as it is still quiet, with only Italian visitors. Rapallo has a lovely seafront and the bay is very attractive. Cable car to mountain top reveals stunning view of bays from Rapallo to Portofino, from Church and trattoria. Rapallo is excellent location for travelling up and down coast by train, boat and bus.

I would consider the hotel to be 4*. It was more like a 3*. The breakfast was very limited - the same every day. Our room was quite run down and it was very noisy at night, as we were on the first floor and quite close to the roadside. My brother and his wife had a much superior room on the 4th floor, which has been updated.

You should state that all front rooms overlooking the sea are noisy due to traffic. Also we had to pay 15 Euros a day to park the car in the hotel car park. This isn't mentioned in the hotel details.

Excellent location particularly for the Thursday market that comes to Rapallo - it sets up right outside the hotel!
Centrally located to visit all parts of Rapallo by foot. Surrounded by charming streets filled with shops & restaurants. Balconies are available in certain rooms. Afternoon cappucino is delightful in the lounge area. Breakfast was very nice. Manager and his daughter were just wonderful.

The location of the property was excellent with a very nice view of the sea. The room was very comfortable and accommodated us four very well. The only inconvenience was the limited parking space within the property.
