• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is meant per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled upon arrival. All extras will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our Hotel Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French, Spanish.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has five floors and two guest lifts.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are soundproofed and therefore very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our Hotel has 60 non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels. We have also a Pay Tv service in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our hotel does not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private garage available at extra cost.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available at a few minutes from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Torino Caselle.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle service to the international airports of We do not but there is one from the Central Train Station, which is only a 10 minute walk from the Hotel. Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost from the reception desk.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away, buses n° 15/4/16.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station Porta Nuova is only a 10 minute walk from our Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a beauty centre near the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome in the hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby and the breakfast room.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a restaurant in our property.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All our rooms are equipped with an ISDN modem. Notebook computers with regular modems can also be used from all the rooms by simply connecting the modem with the telephone line or wireless.
