• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast, and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill has to be settled at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet with a wonderful view over the sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No rooms have a terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We do not have rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Both smoking and no smoking are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a swimming pool, and it is open from May till October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available for 70 cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Rent a car, in Genova - GOA Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery shops, and a supermarket are very close to the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Genaova.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Goa Genova - 18 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, only on request we can arrange a private transfer, with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Arenzano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 1,5 km. (Arenzano).
• How far away is the beach?
  Beach is in front of the Hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  In Arenzano there are private and public beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a wellness center at the Hotel, with sauna, turkish bath, massages, jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small dogs are allowed (not admitted in swimming pool, restaurant and bar). They can't be left alone in the room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is restaurant 'La Veranda'.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Internet connection from the room is possible.
