• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Our breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast that includes different types of cakes (home made), American coffee, tea and milk. We also serve yoghurt, fresh fruits, sliced bread marmalades and honey.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, the majority of rooms have sea view and those on the fourth floor are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms with sea view have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms with sea view have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a direct dial telephone in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Only by reservation.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask to the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Santa Margherita Ligure center town is 600 metres far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  30 Km. Genova "Cristoforo Colombo " airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize a taxi ride with fixed prices.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  10 metres in both directions (Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  We are 500 meters far from Santa Margherita Station.
• How far away is the beach?
  150 metres.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, of course.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The most common modems usually works, but there are some types that are not able to keep the connections.
